We fill prescription requests Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All refill requests take 24 hours to process. We will contact you if there are any issues filling your request.

Please note that state laws prohibit a veterinarian from dispensing or prescribing legend (prescription) medications without prior examination of your animal’s health. State laws also prohibit a veterinarian from filling a prescription ordered by another veterinarian. It is El Camino Veterinary Hospital's policy that all animals are current on their physical exams before filling any prescriptions. In addition, some patients may also require laboratory work.
